• Have you you always wanted to join a yoga studio but too shy to hit that road , this class helps to gain confidence into your own practice, building strength and flexibility. I follow each student closely into their asanas and help them to achieve their true potential. Increasing body awareness, will help you to map the body in its weakness and strengths. You will work in synchronicity with your own body and not against, maximising yoga benefits. Yoga is for EVERYBODY, but everyone has a different body. I love to adapt and give variation to yoga poses in order to help you to meet your body and mind in the perfect place. • Are you stressed out with family commitments or work-related issues? Having a self-care routine, it is the only way to work in harmony while multitasking in every-day life. Mind and body are interconnected therefore it is essential to keep both systems in good working order. Through the pranayama or breath, I facilitate the opening and balancing of the Chakras system, relieving and healing the mind-body connection. The Chakras system are been used for millennia in Yoga to support and nourish all the internal organs as well as favouring an organic mental wellbeing. It is my intention to leave you relaxed yet energised, calm yet focus, igniting in you a sense of joy and of renewed vitality which will last with you. You , also, will learn how to harness this phenomenal source of liveliness. • Have you got aches and pains due to various factors? Sitting or standing for too long, bad postures and stress can all lead to issues such as back and shoulders pain, bad digestion, poor sleep and joint stiffness. Stress especially is often the underline cause of all. Mindful movement and breathing are proven benefits of yoga and act on the physical as well on the subtle, or energetic body.
