In the tantric traditions, goddesses and gods are celebrated to receive a boom from them, to acquire the qualities and skills needed to realise our dharma or life purpose. 

Ganesh is a beloved and dear god in the Hindu temple by all the people in India, who is called upon to new endeavors for his superpower of bringing success and prosperity. 

We will look into his story and connect with his qualities of wisdom, intelligence, and discernment, through chants and movement meditation, performing various mudras or hand gestures to facilitate the flow of energy in the subtle body and enhance the journey within.

Tapping is an Ayurveda therapy used to awaken body energy, relishing and re-establishing vitality 🔥 and liveliness. 

You will learn about the science of Ayurveda and how following the natural rhythms and cycles of the universe, and the Moon, in particular, has a positive effect on day-to day life. The Full Moons are great to let go and clarify intentions.

The Lunar Prana (inspired) Vinyasa Flow will further our journey into a state of bliss and internal glow. 

Prana Vinyasa is a specific yoga technique founded by international yogini Shiva Rea, based on rhythmic breath and movement. It enhances the flow of Prana within the body, detoxifying it while nourishing the mind with a sense of well-being that extends into the hearts. 

📝 Bring pen and paper for journaling, so that you will be able to trace your steps of manifesting and clear intentions. 

We will fish with a nourishing Yoga Nidra.
