Join us for a rejuvenating sailing and yoga practice trip to the beautiful Cycladic & Saronic islands.
Spend a week sailing aboard a comfortable yacht, practicing yoga twice daily, while exploring the idyllic Greek islands.
Our experienced skippers and yoga instructors will guide you on this journey of mindfulness and adventure. Each day you’ll sail to a new destination with stopovers for swimming and snorkelling in remote bays with crystal clear blue waters.
In the mornings and evenings, you’ll have your yoga practice on deck or land surrounded by gorgeous island scenery.
All levels are welcome.

Please note that NO MEALS are included on this trip.
What we usually do before departure is to go to the supermarket and buy provisions for our breakfast and light lunches onboard (included). When in ports, everyone will be having dinner at the local tavernas. The food in Greece is not expensive. The calculation for supermarket and dinner is about 200 to 250 EUR for the whole week.
